In the 1980s, Sue and Don Spann moved from Virginia with their family to start a new life on Maine’s Midcoast. They quickly fell in love with the ocean air and vibrant community. Since then, they have dedicated their hearts and minds to its betterment. Opening RE/MAX Riverside in 2002 was a natural expression of that dedication. Sue and Don have led the Midcoast real estate market through recessions, housing booms, and pandemics. They have weathered every storm and successfully sailed their agents and clients through the best and the worst.
